Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 Tablespoons coconut milk
- 1 tsp Culinary grade matcha
- 1 tsp Maca powder
- 2-3 Tablespoons non-dairy milk
- 1 fresh banana *or pineapple!*
- 3 strawberries
- 2 tsp shredded coconut
- 1 tsp mulberries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 handful of almonds or pumpkin seeds
Steps:
- Wash strawberries and cut into 3-4 pieces to top the bowl. Cut 8-10 pieces of banana or pineapple to top. Set aside
- Add coconut milk, frozen bananas, non dairy milk, matcha and maca powders to the blender. Blend on high until a creamy consistency forms
- Transfer to a bowl and top with cut fruit, mulberries, chia seeds, coconut shreds, and nuts. Optionally top with a little more matcha powder! Enjoy.
