I believe there's value in sharing the love and happiness that food can bring to the community. Food and ultimately, nutrition is central in the integration of these ideals. Making small changes to nutritional habits will continue to support those values while also making a person feel at their best.

I help companies and people through nutrition consulting, recipe and meal plan development, and corporate wellness. 

My Credentials


My passions lie in Nutrition and Culinary Medicine. I am a minority and come from a blended family so flavorful food was a must have in my household growing up. As someone who found a cure to chronic pain by cleaning up my diet, these passions developed at the age of 16. In the past, I never understood the healing power food could possess. It has been my life mission going forward to find out as much as I can about the benefits of nutrition while maintaining enjoyment of cuisine!

This lead me to complete a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Michigan State University in 2021.
